To the left through the long corridor you’ll enter the kitchen which is directly off of the sunlit living room which overlooks the scenic Prospect Heights neighborhood. The main aim of the project was to design rooms that are as functional as they are aesthetically pleasing. Further in the rear of the unit you’ll discover four bedrooms which are all designed with a taste of their own. From walnut woods to metal accents, the flat boasts a coordinated styling. Nonetheless, the flat comes with many amenities one would expect from a boutique hotel in a personalized environment that will rightfully make you feel at home. This home includes a private home office available for rent. A three-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to the train station at the corner of Park Place and Franklin Avenue for the S train on the Park Place Line. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that includes paid parking and WiFi. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
